Food Processing Faraday occupied office space on an industrial park in Melton which provided IT support services as part of our office rental. When our lease expired in 2008 we needed to look for new premises in the area and also find all of the support mechanisms we would need to set up on our own.
I was tasked with project managing our move and one major important aspect was to set up completely new IT systems to support our business. I know this is a very well warn cliche but this was the best phone call I ever made concerning our office move. From the very beginning Hands Free IT put in hours of work to put together a very comprehensive package of IT equipment and software to fulfil all of our needs. They guided me through the whole process and helped me with the many problems I experienced with other suppliers that impacted on our IT systems, i.e. our internet provider and telephone line provider. I never felt alone and always had every confidence in the support Hands Free IT gave me. The dedication shown was quite remarkable and the personal service was exemplary. Nothing is ever too much trouble and only the best will do.
One of our major worries was when the big switch over happened from our old server to our server at the new premises, our communication with our customers would be affected and we would lose crucial business hours if we experienced any down time at all. We need not have worried as with Hands Free IT at the helm the switch over was seamless and we were not out of communication with our customers for one second.
All of our remote staff needed training and support from Hands Free IT and this was given above and beyond the remits of any contract between us. Hands Free IT will not leave a problem unsolved or an unhappy customer.
I have great faith in Hands Free IT and feel very lucky to have found a company that can give our company such professional, comprehensive and reliable support.
